EUSSP Enroolment Code Issue

I have 4 Android Group And each one linked a enrollment policy. If user enter one of those enrollment code he will be member of linked group.
For example, There is an enrollment polic and code for Directors and we publish this enrollment code to directors. And they enter this code during enrooment to be memberof Director groups.
But there is one enrollment code can put to the Self-Servie Portal. So how can we separate users as directors, principal, etc? Because there is only one enrollment code.
