We are implementing Shopping Cart Approval app. After doing the configuration when we test the app from the browser, we are getting the following error.
Check the URL parameters and the scenario definition. To check the scenario definition, go to customizing for SAP NetWeaver Gateway and choose SAP NetWeaver -> Gateway Service Enablement -> Content -> Task Gateway Service -> Scenario Definition.
We tested the CartApproval service and it is working fine on /iwfnd/gw_client. But when we try to launch the app using the direct link we get the above error.

Any suggestions on where to start looking for resolution? I have added few screenshots of our configuration.
