We are trying to consume the ODATA service exposed by HANA XSengine in SAP Netweaver Gateway, through the new feature offered in Gateway SP06.
We are referring to the Odata Consumption and Integration to consume the external Odata service generated by HANA XSengine and generate a SAP Netweaver Gateway Compliant OData service.
We are currently providing the OData servicenamespace only and generating the Model and Data class as per the instructions. However, after activating the service we are getting an error when tested in rest client with status Code: 500 Internal Server error under Response Headers and ‘Error in Metadata’ under response Body.
If anyone has worked on a similar feature ‘Consuming HANA Odata service in SAP Netweaver Gateway’, request you to help me if there are any missing steps apart from mentioned above and correct my understanding if wrong.
