SAPCRMSM 3G Connection Problem

Hi experts,

We are implementing SAPCRMSM 3.1 product for our client, and mobile device is Motorola MC65, Embedded Handheld 6.5 Professional, everything is OK. via Wifi connection. But for 3G, first login attempt gives "Connection failed" error,

but when we try on IE browser, at same time

   starts to get data via 3G 

then we are sending request on Agentry Client again and it works.

It seems like data packages are losting on their way, or their data size so weak to activate 3G data. Any solution ?
