Logon problem from mobile devices

Hi All,

I have enabled mobile portal on 7.3 sp08. When i try to logon from mobile devices such as ipad and iphone, the logon screen for portal comes up but when i try to logon with my user, nothing happens. I added mobile role to my user, is there anything else that i need to do in order to logon ?
