SAP Release notes for Service Manager 4.1

Hi All,

I was going through the installation details of Service Manager 4.1 in market place.

In that the release note is mentioned as

Relevant SAP Notes

• Release Note 2028339 – Release Information: SAP CRM Service Manager 4.1 Mobile application

• Release Restriction Note 1985589 – SAP CRM Service Manager 4.1 mobile application Limitations

When I checked, both the release note are not present and it says "Document is not released"

Any one has any idea about the release notes when its going to be available ?
