SAP Fiori My Paystub not working on mobile devices

Hi Experts

I am unable to view a paystub on smartphones and tablet - the paystub detail screen keeps on refreshing but nothing gets details .

however I can view the paystub on a browser when running Fiori on a laptop.

Please note:

I have tested on iPhone 5 and 5s, Samsung Galaxy, tablet

I have tested on both Fiori client and device browser and I am still getting the same issue

No error's on the gateway error log
