Survey Questionaire not availabe on DOE and on Mobile Device

Hi Experts,

I have deployed SAP CRM RDS for Mobile Sales 2.0.1.

I am having two survey questionaires for lead and opportunity transactions. But to my surprise I am not able to load these on the DOE. The MAS_SURVEY object tables in DOE are empty.

Whenever I am trigering the initial load from the backend CRM System....I am neither getting a successful message nor I am getting any dumps. Simply no message is displayed.

Please help on this.
